Simultaneously, service businesses and independent professionals lack a unified platform that both manages their operational workflow and connects them directly with new, high-intent clients.

  1. phase 1: think & research

    Conduct market research for a dual-sided service platform. Define the user journeys for two distinct personas: customers searching a trusted marketplace for verified local workers, and service businesses using the app as a "control room" to manage jobs. Outline the UI/UX strategy for a high-fidelity, professional dark-mode aesthetic that builds trust with consumers while providing robust data visualization for business owners.

  2. phase 2: build

    Develop the full-stack architecture using Supabase inside Lovable to manage secure user authentication, verified worker profiles, and multi-tenant business data. Build the customer-facing marketplace where users can browse, book, and review local services. Simultaneously, build the internal business dashboard featuring job assignment modules, digital checklists, and real-time tracking that syncs directly with customer bookings. Deploy via Lovable.

  3. phase 3: pitch

    Launch the beta version of Taskora. Start by personally onboarding 3 to 5 local service businesses to test the internal management dashboard and populate the initial marketplace. Once their profiles are live, share the customer-facing booking page within local community groups to test real-world job requests. Gather direct feedback from both the workers and the customers to refine the booking flow and job tracking features before a wider release.
