3 entries
  1. phase 1: think & research

Conduct initial market research and define core personas for the peer-to-peer book marketplace. Map the 3-step user journey: creating a digital shelf, listing or swapping books, and facilitating local exchanges. Outline the MVP requirements for trust-building features, such as verified reader profiles and secure in-app messaging for coordinating meetups.

  2. phase 2: build

Develop the core web application and database architecture (utilizing Supabase for scalable inventory and user profile management). Build the front-end features including the "Bundle deals" module, reading group community forums, and the algorithmic "Personal recs" engine based on user wishlists. Ensure the deployment pipeline via Vercel is stable for early alpha testing.

  3. phase 3: pitch

Launch the "Give every book a second story" landing page. Execute an organic community-based outreach strategy targeting local book clubs and reading groups in the Surat area to seed the initial marketplace inventory. Present the platform's eco-friendly and cost-saving benefits to early adopters and gather feedback for the next iteration.

// technical note:These products are functional prototypes, not commercial software. As the result of raw logic and rapid iteration by young builders, users should expect architectural artifacts and edge-case bugs. We prioritize the speed of thought over the polish of production.
